Classic and Beautiful Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse ref 3848. First introduced in 1977 this example comes from the mid/late 80s. Beautiful 18kt Yellow Gold case in a perfect wearable 27x32mm size. Case seems to be unpolished. The iconic Blue Soleil Dial with sigmas matches perfectly the production period. The Dial is completely flawless. Original logged crown. Hand wind 215 Pp caliber. The watch is fitted on a leather strap with original Ellipse 18Kt gold buckle.
