Beautiful and unmolested example of a Patek Philippe Golden Ellipse. Bearing the ref 3848 it features a 18Kt unpolished (with still its original sticker on the caseback) yellow gold case with a perfect 27x32mm size. Original and mint blue dial with soleil finishing. Original logged crown. Original logged strap. Original Ellipse buckle in 18kt gold. The watch is aimed by the hand wind Pp 215 caliber. Here’s masterpiece in Patek Philippe collection and this example comes in outstanding condition.
