Beautiful, classy and high-end ladies jewel watch made by Patek Philippe in the mid 60s. Bearing the 3285 reference this example comes in very good preserving conditions.
The original dial is completely flawless. The 16x16mm 18kt yellow gold case appears to be unpolished. The watch has an integrated semirigid gold bracelet with a beautiful double finishing (smooth on the sides/edges and knurled/striped in the center). The bracelet is long and fits also a small men wrist (up to 17.5cm).
