Beautiful and Rare Rolex vintage watch from the 40s. This is a Ref 3065 which is a Bubbleback (aka “Ovetto”) watch with the rare (and very appreciated by collectors) Caché or Hooded Lugs.
The watch comes in a cool and unpolished/unmolested 32mm size steel and gold case. The dial is original and very warm patinated with a raised gold all arabic numerals layout. Leaf hand’s matches the layout. Automatic 9’’’ 3/4 Rolex Bubbleback caliber. Very interesting and highly collectible Watch.
